How a build actually goes.
Most people have never built a house before. Here is the whole thing, start to finish, with nothing hidden in the middle.
Sit down and talk
We meet at your place or at the shop and talk about what you want, where it is going, and what it realistically costs to build here. No charge and no obligation. If the budget and the plan do not line up, you hear it in the first conversation rather than three months in.
Plans and selections
Drawings get finalised, cabinet layouts get drawn and finishes get selected. Because we build the cabinets ourselves, the millwork is designed alongside the room instead of ordered to fit it afterwards.
A real number
You get a written price against the drawings and the selections, not a range. Allowances are spelled out so you know which numbers are fixed and which depend on what you choose.
Build
Our own crew frames, insulates, builds the cabinets and sets the trim. Fewer subcontractors means fewer scheduling gaps, and there is one number to call the whole way through.
Walk it, and stand behind it
We walk the finished job with you and work the punch list. After that, we still answer the phone. Forty-two years in the same area means our reputation is the only advertising that has ever mattered.
